The Will Sexton Files

I worked because my mother was the the fundraiser coordinator there in high school. I volunteered and then did some work at a a school for the mentally disabled like uh it's it's in Jersey. It's a place called Alpine. Um and it's it's like a very famous one. It's cognitive behavioral therapy. And these are like mentally impaired people of all of a whole spectrum. We had some that were just like a little bit asberers to full-on like nonverbal whatever. And so you're talking about if there's ever a measure of IQ, it is this. And you're talking like IQ's of like like 70 to like 50. you're talking like really really like Okay. And we taught those people like how to cook and clean after themselves, like how to like some of them we we had a program where they would work a basic job, like they go work in a movie theater and they'd sweep up or they would go work at a grocery store and check people out.
