…Make in India and Skill in India… if a company wishes to build something in India… they have to train people in India… many of said trainees can utilize this training and then allows them to be considered high-skilled labor and thus be able to come into the United States… Microsoft just filed thousands of applications for H-1B workers, all of whom presumably came through these programs.
