Well, the answer to that bit of a multi-stage thing with this coming off the back of one Jared Kushner, a known Chabadnik as well, being outed for his international slush fund, that's money coming from different Middle Eastern dictators, basically all of whom were part of the Abraham Accords, which he directly brokered. Something very characteristic of intelligence or Mossad.
