I I've spoken a lot about how our current day immigration scheme, the current issue we're having with immigration in our society really does reflect the guilded age. And really, the guilded age just reflects a lot of what our lives are like now. Yeah, I mean the guilded age was around the industrial revolution and where these titans of industry were lording over wildly new and wildly unregulated technologies that were completely shifting the economy and threatening the livelihood of people all while massive unprecedented waves of immigration were entering into the country with absolutely zero oversight. It's pretty one to one to how we're living now. The only way in which we solved that situation was in reaction to it. We shut down the border, didn't let like anyone in for decades after that. And then we underwent very very strict and serious campaigns in America to ensure Americanization. And it was only in doing so that we managed to turn our country into what it became. We managed to see the 20th century become really like a golden age for us. And yet there is this liberal lie, this liberal misunderstanding of history that says that no, the people showed up and then we kind of just lived and it all worked itself out in the end and all the hysteria around it was for absolutely nothing. That's nonsensical.
