There is a legal precedent for the deportation of illegals that exists clearly there. That's why we call them illegals. We have deported tons of people. Granted, not nearly enough, but we have deported we've deported a fair amount of illegal immigrants and so legal precedent exists. There is no legal precedent at any point in American history for the wholesale removal of people on the basis of ethnicity.
